This classic hike showcases the best of Garden of the Gods. With a relatively flat, mostly paved trail, it’s a great option for families.

The route includes a stop at the iconic park entrance sign—perfect for group photos—before heading into the heart of the Garden, where towering rock formations create a breathtaking scene.

Along the way, a guide shares insights on the park’s history, geology, and wildlife. The hike wraps up at the Visitors Center, a great place to explore exhibits and grab a snack.

A beautiful stunning place. Easy to walk around on the paved walkways. We were there in February with snow on the ground and we enjoyed seeing the formations up close. The balanced rock make great photos.
