Watch our video for an inside look into what goes into hiking, our preparation, and your future hikes in the Pikes Peak area!
Our Team loves the outdoors and can’t wait to tell you about it. We lead educational hikes that not only inform hikers about safety in nature and preserving the outdoors, but about the trails themselves. Every guide is thoroughly trained and CPR certified. Each member of the Hike for Life Team is also dedicated to local charities and non-Profit organizations as our way of increasing the Social Return on Investment.
Beautiful Colorado scenery awaits you, but before you can hike, you need to be prepared. Even on the shorter hikes, you should bring what you think you need and more. Hike for Life encourages you to bring what we call the ‘Five Fundamentals’ in order to make your hike enjoyable and safe.
HYDRATION — NUTRITION — PROTECTION — NAVIGATION — MITIGATION
