This trail follows the standard hiking route up the Western side of Pikes Peak to 14,100 feet where you will be rewarded with peaceful forests, an exhilarating climb, a close-up look of Devil’s Playground and amazing views of the Continental Divide, to include the Collegiate Peaks. If conditions permit a summit (not a guaranteed due to weather, pace and other factors)–you will also be rewarded with a view of Colorado Springs and the satisfaction of knowing you climbed America’s Mountain under your own power!

All I can say is Wow

Took a tour up the mountain to the most beautiful view of the city and mountains that’s I’ve ever seen. Never saw anything quite as beautiful. Take some warm clothes with you, was 70 degrees in Colorado Springs that day but 30 degrees at the top of Pikes Peak.”

“Epic!

What a place to experience!! All of the visitor's centers were great to stop and check out. Have some donuts at the summit. It is worth it!”
